I think the ability to manually create a general or adviser (as well as a leader of the state) would be a good addition to game editors. In particular, it would allow adding historical characters to mods.

In addition, I think that the "political adviser" should be renamed the Head of Government. Accordingly, the leader will be the Head of State.
