Its about historial borders, there's no mean to add every modern territorial administration if not neccesary i mean

Thats what I mean, its not neccesary, there's already a lot of provinces and these dont improve the historial provinces

Hopefully not. We need balance and logical provinces, where more populated countries get many provinces too, as long as it fits the historical borders

I mean it's obvious places like Europe north America and china will have more provinces since they have a bigger population / industry

But what iam asking for is for places such as north Africa / Middle east / India ....ext . To have atleast a similar amount of provinces 

The ratio in aoh2 was insane Europe and north America had like half the world provinces and we want that ratio to be smaller

We definetly need more administrative regions scenarios, like russia, argentina, germany, and also, i am realistic so i know the game won't be focused on adminstrat border, but historical ones (no shit, sherlock)
