Custom ideology maker in editor?

Will we get the ability to add our own ideology from the editor tab with its own bonuses? It would be really cool and would remove alot off weight off the devs shoulders

json text file. It is possible to add set of names and surnames for a Civilization(civ TAG) or a group (example: German)

Probably it just means that kings will have a different style of protait, it would not make sense to remove presidents protait.
