Rodak Polak 597 Posted May 26, 2024 Thoughts: When we switch the map to another mode, the minimap in the lower right corner should also be shown in a different mode (e.g. a minimap showing religion or economy) Depending on the skills of the army and what units it is composed of, the AI should use the army to either fight, defend or besiege. During the war, each country should leave one army behind the front or even in its own country only to defend against attacks on its territory (in AoH 2, for example, Great Britain sent its entire army to Spain, and Spain sent its entire army to the British Isles whereby Spain occupied the entire British Isles, losing all of its territory in Iberia to Great Britain, which occupied all of Spain and no longer controlled its own territory) We should not see the size of the enemy's army or know what units it consists of. To obtain this information, we have to send a spy, and a year after sending it, we lose this information again and we have to send the spy back to see details about the enemy's army again. Without sending a spy, all we should see is where the enemy army is, but no details If we are technologically underdeveloped, we should not be able to see countries far away from us. Even sailing our troops near to undiscovered provinces should not change anything, and undiscovered provinces should remain undiscovered. Undiscovered provinces should become discovered through technological development only If undiscovered provinces remain undiscovered, it will help prevent Asian countries from establishing colonies in the Americas. If a country is further from America than, for example, Spain, it should have less opportunity to create a colony in America than Spain has AI should be programmed to first take over enemy provinces in peace talks that are on a different continent than the enemy's capital (as was the case with the colapse of the First French Colonial Empire and as it was with colapse of the German Empire after World War I - they primarily lost all their colonies, and to a lesser extent European territories When we click "load game", we are shown a map of the entire world of the saved game (like when choosing a scenario) and we choose which country we want to continue playing. What I want to see in YT video: The influence of the general's presence on the battle - 2 identical armies fighting on neutral ground (e.g. at sea); one without the general and the other with general Influence of the type of terrain on the battle - 2 identical armies fighting in the mountains and 2 identical armies fighting on the plains Naval, Outlawexperience, Iceman and 7 others 9
Rodak Polak 597 Posted May 26, 2024 Additionally, I hope that something will change so that there will not be so many troops landing. In AoH 2, the fastest route was through the sea, so the AI made annoying troops landing on our backs. I hope that in AoH 3 the movement of troops at sea will be much slower than on land to prevent annoying landings Денис Живков and Wayne23lololh
Rodak Polak 597 Posted May 26, 2024 (edited) In AoH 2, each game was similar - Rumumia attacked Greece, Ukraine attacked Poland, Spain attacked Italy, France attacked Germany, the Netherlands attacked Denmark, India attacked China And so it goes every time I propose that in AoH 3 each game will be different due to random relations between countries - once it will be drawn that the relations between France and Germany were -40, once it will be +70, once it will be -3 or +7, etc. This will make the game unpredictable and much more interesting Edited May 26, 2024 by Rodak Polak Wayne23lololh and Денис Живков 1
