But basically either a New terrian type or a  terrians may have a impassable Status in which can be applied to territoires that r demiliratized & also others for example thick deserts, jungles & mountians which are impassable such as Sahara, Himalaya & amazon!

 

Also make crossing rivers take slightly more time ingame
