Add the ability to add custom ppl with custom title/role to the council also add ability to have seprate warflags/flags for units

 Like with custom portraits & advanatges too so u can add anyone basically and call him anything with a New specfic role please this would add alot of possible things such as heads of  ministires and other stuff @Łukasz Jakowski

Also add war flags or seprate flags for the units displayed on map

Add that ability to add that lol it would be game changing being able to add whoever u want with any custom role such as Minister of a certian thing or religous advisor for example of head of a certian role/specfic region state the possibilites are endless this would be great for mod makers
