louieLT1 6 Posted September 29, 2024 (edited) It would be really nice if when making a scenario, you could make provinces occupied by another country. For example, if you're making a scenario that's halfway through ww2, you wouldn't want soviet provinces to be a core part of Germany, so instead you would make them occupied.
