Problem with the mod

MOD DOESN'T WORK

 

My mod that fixes localization errors doesn't work for me. I translate into Russian and fix current errors in the game. For example, the word "campaign" in the main menu is the most noticeable, because it is written in lowercase letters.

After replacing the game files with my mod, everything worked, the names of the civilizations changed, and there are no errors in the main menu. BUT, for some reason, when I try to do as Lukasz intended (via mods/MoyMOD/), everything immediately stops working.
