Now the tribes of Siberia, Africa and the New World have inflated technologies. Because of this, they quickly catch up with other countries, organize and colonize the entire territory before anyone from Europe or Asia arrives there.

And in general, the balance of technologies among different civilizations in basic scenarios is very strange.
