  10. Creating a mod using the "codes"(or just "base" idk) from other mods: Can we do it?

    Hi guys, I was wondering, can I use the "base" of other mods to create my mod? I'm asking because I'm using the mod "Bloody Europe 1.0" as a base for my mod, "Little Big Italy", but it will have totally different scenarios and a totally different "game map", in fact the mod will be based principally in Italy, and not in the entire Europe. Soo, can I actually do it? Or I will have some sort of copyright problems if I publish the mod using B.E. 1.0, or other problems?

  15. I am trying to make a map to play but for some reason i get this weird outcome

    For some reason the color of civilizations are not where they are supposed to be. Could anyone help? If you didn't understand what's wrong, the color outcome of cities are far off where they are supposed to be. Also when there is more than 10 provinces the game just doesn't run the map.

  24. Creating civs and changing colors in game editor > game civilizations is really hard as one android user

    I'll explain this in 5 steps or smth <CHANGING COLORS OF CIV> 1. I play the game (ofc) 2. I try to change color of a civ (ex: change russia's color to 0, 195, 25) 3. I save 4. i go back to the civ 5. the color didn't change <ADDING CIVS> 1.   26. If i make a new country, all older country gets +10 relation with that country without me doing that, why?

    As the title suggests, a older country always has 10+ relation with a newer country when i make a scenario. It is incredibly annoying as i don't wanna reset all of the relations automatically. Please help
