HELLO MODDERS I have an idea

Hello modders of the AoC2 community. It has come to my attention that their is no mods about Red Flood one of my favorite mods for Hoi4. I can not code for the life of me and I wish to see this exist.

Some requirements (Not to sound like a douche)

1. Most Nations must have flags for the ideologies as well as crowns

2. Map must be a accurate as possible 

And that's all I hope I don't come across as too demanding. I just want to see it exist as well as have it open for the whole community.
