Where do I can find or add new Leader to the game?

Go to game files -> game -> leaders
Leader images:

Go to game files -> game -> leadersIMG
Leader image rules: leader image should be: width 88px, height: 100px

 

And just move downloaded leader folder and it's already in the game!

For adding custom leaders that might be low res, just quadruple the image size of 88×100

Sort files by the date, newset file will be recently added

Well, you can using the hi-res picture too, but make sure that the picture has the same aspect ratio as 88x100.
