This is the map I used for reference. Every nation color was tuned to its exact RGB values on this map. Currently, I'm too pissed off to update or recreate this.

Also, Spain should be the right color in the actual palette, but maybe not the screenshot.

Refer to this guide from Lukasz on installing new color palettes:

This folder does not contain a color palette, it is the color palette. So you have to drag the folder into pallets_of_civs_colors and not the files in the folder.
