Is there anyway to use Bloody Europe modification on other mods?

It could be nice if u can use Bloody Europe modification on default or other mods. U know bloody Europe is a good mod but I really wanna play it in Addon+ 1.4. if someone could convert it or anything like that.. I'll be thankful :)

Just send the UI, and the Earth+ in to the Bloody Europe and it work like charm
