You can't post AoH2 mods to the Steam Workshop.

It will be possible in AoH3.

So the creator will be the only one who can post on the Aoh2  workshop since he posted a thing on it called "Two new Governments"

Uploading a scenario to the Steam Workshop can be a straightforward process if you're familiar with the game or software you're working with. Here's a general guide on how to upload content to the Steam Workshop. Note that the specific steps can vary depending on the game or application you're using, so it's essential to consult the documentation for the specific game or software for detailed instructions.

### General Steps for Uploading to Steam Workshop:

1. **Prepare Your Content:**
   - Make sure your scenario or mod is fully tested and working within the game or application.
   - Gather or create all necessary files and assets for your scenario.
   - Ensure your content complies with Steam's content guidelines and the specific game's or software's guidelines.

2. **Steam Account and Workshop Requirements:**
   - You need a Steam account to upload content to the Steam Workshop.
   - Some games or software might require you to own a copy of the game on Steam to access the Workshop.

3. **Access the Steam Workshop:**
   - Open the Steam client on your computer and log in.
   - Go to the 'Library' section and select the game or software for which you want to upload the scenario.
   - Click on the "Workshop" tab, usually found on the game's or software's Library page.

4. **Upload Process:**
   - Look for an "Upload" or "Create" button within the Workshop page. This might be labeled differently depending on the game or software.
   - The game or application might have an in-built editor or uploader tool. If so, you may need to launch this tool to prepare and upload your scenario.
   - Fill in the details for your scenario, including a title, description, and any tags that apply. It's also important to upload any thumbnails or images that represent your scenario.
   - You may need to agree to Steam's Workshop Terms of Service before proceeding.

5. **Select Files for Upload:**
   - Use the uploader tool or interface to select the scenario files from your computer.
   - Ensure all necessary files are included and properly structured as required by the game or software.

6. **Publish Your Content:**
   - Once everything is in place, you can publish your scenario to the Steam Workshop.
   - Your content will now be available for the community to subscribe to and download.

7. **Post-Upload:**
   - Monitor the comments and feedback on your Workshop item page.
   - Update your scenario as needed based on feedback or to fix issues.

### Important Tips:
- **Read the Documentation:** Always read through the game's or software's specific instructions for creating and uploading Workshop content. This can often be found in the game's Community Hub or forums on Steam.
- **Check Compatibility:** Ensure your content is compatible with the current version of the game or software.
- **Respect Copyright:** Only upload content you have created or have permission to use.

Remember, the specifics can vary greatly from one game or application to another, so these steps are meant to serve as a general guide. Always refer to the specific instructions provided by the game or application you're working with for the best results.
