And what's the point of adding this organization to the game? If you add something, then such an idea requires more additions to the game and so on indefinitely.

Would be possible have an option to enable physically alliance borders, it would help for understanding, we dont have to know all HRE members, and we can even tough that some countries are in HRE while they aren't. When we zoom out, we could see only one big faction, HRE, and when we zoom, we see all of it's constituents, with the yellow border I draw below. This could work for confederation (HRE) and federation (USA). I already talked about this in HRE topic, but it was ignored.

"Holy Roman Empire" is a specific type of alliance just for HRE, that's why it's named that way.

I think because he think that it would work for any confederation, but it should be a distinct type of alliance.

Maybe he wanted to change "alliances" to "political organisation" or something like that, because of the presence of HRE.
