Today I'll also work on the growth rate of the cities, and I'll add more accurate values. By tomorrow I'll apply directly these ones to the new city-provinces I make. Btw I was using only 4 values (25%/50%/75%/100%) because in the bg I'm using right now to make the provinces I've marked the cities in this way:

Black: 20K - 49K inhabitants (25%)

Red: 50K - 74K inhabitants (50%)

Orange: 75K - 99K inhabitants (75%)

Yellow: 100K - 120K inhabitants (100%)

Notice that the cities that have more than 124k inhabitants are divided in more provinces. Later I'll post some photos.

In this provinces the change in the growth rate values of the cities is clearly visible, expecially in all the cities north of Milan (Lombardy) and in the cities south of Ancona. (Marche)

That huge red part in the center of Lazio is Rome, composed by 28 provinces.
