How to add own Formable Civilization?

Open the Game -> Editor -> Map Editor -> Map: Earth 4269 Provinces -> Formable Civilizations

How can I add it into the game itself, so when I uninstall it and reinstall it I still have that civ?  Btw it's a custom civ.

I uninstall game few times and as I remember all times it is safe.
