The answer is I am securing other countries who hate and loved me that's in the land of Japan from the Korea who's starting to colonize it. We are making a border with my ally. I want to secure the making of Japan because I failed secure the making of Vietnam because of a war. And if you are asking again "Why is there another patch of your land in Ming/China?". I failed to secure the Great Viet/Vietnam as I said earlier and that's what the war left us.
