Terror Organization: New Ideology Suggestion For AOH3

Terror Organization Ideology Is A Separatist Rebel Ideology That Will Have A 10% Chance To Appear Under Certain Conditions:

A Peace Treaty That Changes Ideology Of Country Happens

High Unrest (Above 65%)

High Instability (Above 45%)

Low Government Approval (Below 45%)

Low Development 

And A Terror Organization Operates Very Uniquely, Terro Organizations Come In All Shapes And Forms: a terror State Could Be Christian, Secular, Muslim, Jewish Or Anything Else, A Terror Organization Can Adopt An Ideology Outside Being A Terror Organization Like: Nationalism, Communism, Monarchy And Theocracy, Which is what It Will Change Into If It Takes over An Entire Country

 

BUT Terror Organizations Fight Rather Uniquely, With Their Own Attributes And Bonuses:-30% Population In Occupied Provinces With The People Moving AWAY or Dying, +60% morale For its soldiers, +40% Devastation To Occupied Provinces, -50% Siege/Battle Speed (Guerrilla Warfare), Meaning They Take Alot Of Time To Capture Provinces But Are Very Hard To Actually defeat once the province is occupied, Additionally Terror Organizations Have No Cores Or Annexed Provinces, Popping Up Like Rebels Except they Can Recruit From Their Occupied Provinces, BUT much Less than A Normal Civ Would, Usually When Terror Organization Takes Control Of A Border With Another Country It Might Cross There Too And Occupy Provinces there, this is why AI Nations are VERY weary Of Terror Organizations Popping up even if they dont border Them, Usually Surrounding countries might join in To Defeat The Terror Organization Too Unless Your Relation Is Like -100 In Which Case They WIll Fund them With ALOT of money, Especially If They're Their Ideology

good idea but as it is a terrorist state they could carry out attacks like the AoH2 pillages reducing the population and economy of the province if you let them carry out many attacks and let them advance they take your capital and you capitulate instantly losing the game (or power choose to control the terrorist state)

this one might be too controversial to add because its hard to qualify certain movement as terror organizations WITHOUT causing an uproar, i would suggest this just gets reused for a civil war mechanic

    • Land units - Ideas AoH3
      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units. 

       

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.


       

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

       

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

       

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?
