It wouldn't be bad to have a migration system in the game if your country is very successful, not necessarily a great power but one that attracts people from other countries and has advantages like more manpower and also disadvantages, something similar to Victoria 2, that is not only migration from the neighbouring country to yours, that there is immigration by boat from other countries like the great European immigration to Argentina between 1800 and 1900 and not only by boats but also by foot migration.

Could be used to keep people from warmongering, if a war is happening people will migrate to a country not involved. Sort of how it's used in VIC2
