More Take province option in Peace negotiation

Dear @Łukasz Jakowski

In AOH2, peace negotiation give us 2 options to take province those are choose every single one and take all. So it would be better if AOH3 give us more options such as take all provinces but in specific region or continent. Example beside take every single one and take all, we can take all provinces in South East Asia (region)/ Asia (continent) if enemy has
