YusufAliDE 245 Posted September 5, 2024 (edited) 1-When an army besieges a city, the more soldiers there are, the shorter the siege will last 2-When an army besieges a city, it suffers losses and compensates for them with manpower 3-An army can fail when besieging a city (this depends on how big and strong the city is) 4-Small armies (1K-15K) cannot/always fail to capture large and rich cities 5-The army can be assigned to cities and when the enemy army besieges the city, the soldiers can try to defend the city.(No battle takes place) The army assigned to a city gets extra defense buffs . EdgeLord 89 Posted September 5, 2024 (edited) This is very good the only thing I want is that cities have a basic defense stat based on how many defense buildings it has Ex. Walls, Castles etc... Marerjh 282 Posted September 7, 2024 (edited) 1, 3, 4 — it is already implemented. Every unit adds specified amount of "siege points" to the siege score everyday. When siege score reaches province's defense points, it will be captured. So it will took forever for small armies to take large cities with well-built defence. 5 — some military buildings provide defence bonus. Just place your army in the city you want to defend.
