Annexing Vassals

Hello,

I am playing as Poland 1440 in AoC2, but apparently I cannot annex Mazovia, my vassal state.

I know that I could make vassals, but how do you re-annex them?

Do I need to attack and conquer to annex it?

Get their relation with you to -10 or lower and demand annexation via an ultimatum.

I usually form a union with my vassals or i declare war on them but i must say that the idea of the ultimatum proposed by wenshan is excellent
