German Reich defeated World War II and remained in the Cold War with the Soviet Union for the 
rest of the history. Simply put - what if Germany did not attack the USSR I hope this idea interests 
you. It's time to tell: what will await the player in this modification. Namely: a very large number 
of new rulers. At the moment, we have already drawn more than 110 leaders, it remains to add them to 
the game. Since this mod has an alternate history, we will add events. According to our assumptions, 
there will be more than 300 of them. Interesting and exciting scenarios. And also for a larger
