Any way to automate buildings?

Hello, I was wondering if there are any mods that add some sort of "building manager", a mod that builds buildings automatically. Its very annoying to do it by yourself, especially when you have a large amount of provinces.

also add some assimilation manager when you get a lot of  provinces everything you do turns into borring task you lose the fun along the gameplay all the game become clicking game. I've spent all the time basicly assimilating provinces and making army.

Making such a manager will be verry good and reshape the game.
