missions Putting graphics in the mission panel

I think it would be very nice to be able to put graphics in the mission panel. Maybe even just one that would pop up at the very top of the panel. Or even better, graphics could depend on variables so that the image could change after a decision is made.

My proposal is that graphics, just like events and missions, would have triggers. If conditions are met, the image pops up and is visible. Essentially, a graphic could just be a mission that you can't click on.

I'm not sure about this, but it looks like missions can already bring unique images, so this could be exploited to implement my suggestion. The only difference would be its size (customizable?) and the inability to be clicked.

I don't think it would be very hard to code, and in its simplicity, it would allow players to create very interesting mechanics. For example, imagine a DEFCON level that changes depending on your decisions. Or a parliament graph that changes if players do something. Or a map that updates your progress in fighting militias or other groups in your territory – the possibilities are infinite.

My idea is not about interfaces at all, just static graphics, so i hope so.
