AoH2 how to get custom scenario to mod

Hello, I'm a bit new about modding AOH2, but how do you keep or transfer your custom scenarios or civs to a mod? (I'm on Android, use MT manager and using TNO to mod fyi)

i suggest you to use a laptop or pc
