1. How to reset the files of the game??

   How can i reset my entire game to make it look i just installed it? I played this game a lot, 170 hours, and i created lots of scenarios and civilizations in the game and i want to reset them all, i tried uninstalling and installing again but i returned with the files, can someone help me with this?

4. I can't open the game (windows 10)

   When I click play on steam, it says running for 2 seconds and then it shuts down, does anyone know how to fix this bug? I have an acer laptop with a ryzen 7 5700u and I run EU4 for example without any problems. Please help!

5. Game loading problem. Can't make next move. Help me please.

   Hello. Today, when I logged into the game, I ran into the following problem. When loading the world, the game crashes into the menu. When reloading the world, it is impossible to make the next move in the game (the button is simply not pressed), the diplomacy window does not open, and by clicking on some kind of notification, the game starts to flicker. What's the matter? I have Windows 7 64-bit. Everything was perfect until today. Help me please.

   Olá! estou tendo problemas com o jogo. Eu compreendi o jogo no Steam, instalei e quando iniciei o jogo , o jogo não abria, então parecia que estava rodando e depois de 3 segundos, o jogo não abria . 16. Zepsute wczytywanie gry oraz save'y.

    Witam. Posiadam problem z save'ami i generalnie z wczytywaniem gier. Wcześniej po wczytaniu gry wywalało mnie do menu i po drugiej próbie nie dało się nic zrobić. Teraz kiedy zapisze grę i potem mam ochotę znowu zagrać, to wczytuje grę, a tam zamiast mojego zapisu jest jakaś nowa gra z 1440 rokiem. Za każdym razem się to powtarza. Pozdrawiam i proszę o pomoc.

20. Problem z odpaleniem

    Potrzebuję pomocy. Bo gdy odpalam grę nic mi się nie pokazuje oprócz "Synchronizowanie z Steam". Gdy odpalam ją z aplikacji Steam , przez 5 sekund pokazuje mi się Zatrzymaj. Mój komputer spełnia wymagania Zalecane, więc nie wiem co może być przyczyną.
