How do i add a leader in Android?

How do i add one? I tried adding a leader, but when i saved it it was nowhere to be seen on the leader editor list, but strangely when i play as that particular leader's country, it still appears below the country's name and all the leader's bonus effects work.

I have same problem probably because there is no leader file in the "leaders" in the "age of civilization" file (if it was created at all) and this, in my opinion, causes the error, only if I knew what these numbers mean in the names of these files
