Why Game Won't Update? (I Need New Version Like Heart of Iron 4)

Since 2018 I haven't seen this game updated anymore the more I play the more boring the developer is alive, please update it like Heart of Iron 4 Or more diverse game but I play the American Civil War mode Only Texas is I don't remember his name but he was born in 1 Thousand words I don't remember But I know I want to press the 50 US State Mode but I need to update more variety instead of leaving the game.

STOP COMPARING HEARTS OF IRON 4 AND THIS GAME. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, HOI4 IS A MASTERPIECE BUT AOH2 ISN'T EVEN A FINISHED GAME. PLEASE
