Multithreading support

I've added a x10 scale to the Earth map in AOH2 and generating the shapes took half an hour, one province in particular taking seven minutes. According to Core Temp, only one of my cores were in use. As someone with 16 cores, being able to use them all would have saved a lot of time, and would significantly speed up loading times in any device that isn't a potato. I hope Age of History 3 will be able to utilize multiple CPU cores, which will be important considering it looks like you are planning to have ~10,000 provinces in the map, each one with more data to load than in AOH2.
