Laws and reforms improvement

Laws and Reforms, the feature we have seen in Aoh3 video, could be improved instead of being just some buffs that increase the latter technology you unlock, here are my ideas to improve laws and reforms:

 

Additional cost/ upkeep:

Laws that give op bonuses to the civilization should have upkeep costs: the latter technology/ higher bonuses the law grants, the more expensive its upkeep cost should be. For example, it will be more expensive to upkeep digitalized education than to upkeep universal education or lower. This should prevent the civilizations to have a surplus of money + bonuses, but the ai should also prioritize laws that give good bonuses to the civilization, at the cost of upkeep, if the Civilization's economy is doing very bad, the ai should either do reforms that use less upkeep or power Military spending or improve the economy (tax efficiency,production, etc..)

 

Government requirement/ restrictions to pass laws /reforms (example: republics/democracies cant use feudal land system law or communists cant have laws on private land use, etc...)

 

There are my ideas for laws and reforms, tell me if I should add something.

Będzie tylko możliwość ulepszania praw czy też będzie możliwe wybieranie różnych praw z dostępnej listy? Mam na myśli na przykład ordynację wyborczą. Ciężko powiedzieć, że któraś jest lepsza. Po prostu są inne i każda ma swoje wady i zalety. Tak samo wybór od i do którego roku życia edukacja jest obowiązkowa i czy w ogóle jest obowiązkowa. Pewnie znalazłoby się jeszcze kilka takich tematów

Można zmienić na te którą są dostępne w grupie, jedna grupa to na przykład edukacja i z czasem można odblokować 5 opcji.

A co się wybierze to już zależy od gracza.

 

Wszystko można edytować w pliku tekstowym i dodać własne prawa i bonusy.

In the law files that we can edit, will it be possible to put government restrictions or requirement for laws if it has? For example Republics can't pass law on feudal land system
