Is there an outcome for improving relations?

Hello, I have looked through the QnA file a few times and don't seem to be able to find any event improving relations between two nations.
For some context I'm trying to make a diplomatic battle between France and Germany to gain influence with Italy. If France gives Italy land concessions (Aouzou, Djibouti, Tunisia) they could secure an alliance with Italy.
But I want the ai to have a more favorable event depending on relations between France and Italy, if relations are poor France wont even consider further concessions after Aouzou...
Which is why I need the outcome code for improving relations, thanks in advance.

@Łukasz JakowskiCould I please get an answer? Relations are pretty important for my mod for specific paths, and ai cannot reach the requiered relations most of the time without events giving it to them
