Game crashes

I play on the iPhone 6,and every time I try to start the game it crashes.So I decide to open it again and then it works.When I enter the game a message pops up saying:

 ”Game crashed while loading

 - - Loaded minimum scale of map - -

Go to:Games-> Map: XX -> Earth: -> Scale X5”

 I set the scale to X5 and wait for the game to load again.When it gets to about 90% the game crashes again.What can I do to fix this?

for pc there is a fix for that but for a phone idk (also iphone = waste of money)

Load it on x4. If it crashes then x3. If it does not work you will have to play the game on minimum scale. 

I recommend in province settings disabling boarders if it crashes in map scales other than 1
