22. Writing about AoH3 Android version of Korean Province

I am writing because I see a serious flaw in the Korean Peninsula. Even if you look at the faintly visible boundary line and the city name clearly visible in the screenshot, the administrative districts and AoH3's province of the two Koreas do not match. It was the Event Mode that led me to spend more than 200 hours on the monitor, all because of its easy manipulation and creation. It is so simple to understand and do, even without the mechanics of "Global Alert" or "National Leader Change". I know this question will probably not get an answer. But the question is whether there is any way for the Event Editor Mode to be wit…

Is there still the possibility of sending volunteer soldiers to help another country? As I understand it, the option appears only and exclusively when the nation is at war and has +20, +100 relations with it. Will there be requirements?
