There is something called distance from capital in aoh 2, but it didn't have any features. Here's couple things i thought for aoh3: -Building costs and recruitment costs can increase depending on distance from capitals. -Assimilating provinces that far from capital can last long. -Rebellion risk can be high, happinness level can be low, and tax incomes can be lower in these provinces. -That's where we have to do some administrative reforms, buildings, or keeping an army in the area, or releasing vassals in these far provinces rather than annexing them, idk... not sure about solutions.

I think that the solution for AI and to prevent border gore is to have for each civilization, in each scenario, there could have a sort of predetermined territorial evolution for countries. They can win or lose provinces, by war or annexation. Like this, AI Luxembourg can't take all of Europe. Example for Hungary : I know this is a hard topic, this is just the main idea.

My ideas about resources. -Every province and country should have it's unique resources according to reality. So players will need to conquer these lands to obtain these resources. As an examples, oil reserves for saudi arabia, iraq, iran, venezuela and canada, natural gas reserves for russia, iran and qatar or coal reserves for britain, germany, russia and china and wood can be found in every fertile land. -Available resources can change through ages or civilizations' technologies -To extract, process and use these resources, we should build mines and various workshops or factories. -We'll use these resources for constructing and upgrading buildings, …

How modifiable will the game be when making mods? I might want to make an entirely new mechanic in the game. Let's say, Infamy, would affect relations with other countries and change how and when the Ai would go to war with another country. (It would also lead to coalitions and global conflicts.) Would I be able to mod something like that into the game post-release and upload it to the workshop?

My suggestion is the introduction of "States" as semi-independent entities within each country. These States would function as mini-countries, controlled by AI, with their own government, economy, and army. Lukasz, even if you're not adding multiplayer, at least give us a chance to play in LAN party rooms with our friends. Please don't make same big mistakes you did in aoh2... We want this game to be a legend.

There MUST be navies and separate sea units in the game. -We should be able to build ships and navy units in shipyards (ports should be separate from shipyards and they should be only used for trading, like in the real world.) And of course depending on our technology, we should be able to build better ships. -Pirates aren't too important but it would be interesting if sometimes there is outlaw sea gangs in corrupted and poor countries' coasts.

I liked the event systems in the paradox interactive games. I wish there was something like that in the game.

This is an idea that has been floating around in my head for a while. It would be great if states were inclined to unite all their territories or seek territorial continuity instead of being scattered around the map. It would also be cool if countries formed alliances like in real life or fought wars together while trying to balance power relationships with other states.

When they change the ideology, the people are not affected in any way. I think that when the ideology changes, there may be rebellions in some parts of the country (e.g. Southern Anatolia, Marmara region). These rebellions can occur in certain regions for certain reasons. Elected by the people ideologies do not incite rebellion (thanks for aoh2 update 🙃)

I see some rivers which have been a major influence on some borders aren't there, especially in the Balkans mainly the rivers Tisa,Mures,Drava,Sava and Lech. Would be nice to see them added. P.S. Also i see most provinces don't follow the river lines I hope you change that especially for the Danube.

Please add the borders shown in the attached image, especially the Texas Republic and old Florida borders. I noticed that the straight line from Florida to Louisiana is still impossible, and I'd like to see this updated. Hi Lukasz, I wanted to recommend that from the game editor, we can add our custom ideologies without having to modify the game files and making it easier and that we can create the icons of the ideologies from the ideology creator, similar to the creator of custom civilizations in aoh2 where we can create custom flags, that system could also be added for custom ideologies, just as we could also add diseases from the editor itself and that kind of thing

Hello, I have a suggestion about event outcomes and leaders: since there is event outcome that can kill leader, can you also add outcomes that change/replace the leaders by pre-determined ones from the game files ? This would be very useful and good for making scenarios, events and mods to keep them historically accurate 🙏

The current peace deal with a ticking war score seems good for me, but we could add or make some changes. Because this would make peace deals too regulated, like this, we could make harsher or lighter peace treaties. The peace deal could have some extra features : 1. Military occupation.
