Gauge Development and economy

Hi, I would have liked to know if you had a tip for the economy and devellopement gauge to fill up automatically like the one for assimilation.
At the start of the game it's not disturbing, when you manage to conquer a big country and you have to fill in the gauges twice to manage to keep the country stable it quickly becomes boring.

There is no tip you should just keep, filling, also you can change % of economy in budget
