Well I want the election to be focus tree related so like my argentinian focus tree after you have gone democratic you can choose from three different candidates one being liberal one being conservative and one being democratic socialist all of them having different focus trees. Another example being my democratic tree for iran after you have become democratic you can choose Muhammad mosaddegh a social democrat and another guy 

If you choose mosaddegh as the leader you can stay democratic or become fascist with three different leader you can choose from one being Mohammad Reza Pahlavi a pro allied fascist king second one being fazlollah zahedi a pro axis leader and the third one being hasan arfa a pro axis militarist leader 

And if you choose the other person you can become communist

So in short there will be limited election

Sorry man forgot about your request I have added the leaders valery will be the leader of nationalist russia when russia goes down the fascist focus tree they can have konstantin as the fascist leader of russia or valery as the nationalist leader of russia both 

And vonsyatsky will be the leader of reichskommissariat sibirien

Russia is divided into two reichskommissariats one Moscow and one is reichskommissariat sibirien
