Great Łukasz, but if you want to do it for minutes like (00:01, 00:02 and etc. without skipping hours, how do I do it?

"The idea of having a clock is great. Additionally, I think it would be really interesting if we could include seasons in the game. Each season could offer unique bonuses or penalties, like buffs or debuffs, to make the gameplay more dynamic and engaging. For example, winter could slow down movement but increase defense, while summer could increase attack power but decrease stamina. This would add a strategic layer to the game and make it more immersive."

Or add them if you have a bonus in mind yourself

Will there be an option to set when to turn on the hours, for example, wants to set the hour system to 1914 to start with the Great War ?

It turned out well, I liked it. I think there should be an 8-hour turn for the period between 1789-1878, 3 hours for 1878-1935, 1 hour for 1936-1960, and I guess ? 2 hours for 1960-?.

Why 1919 why not 1914 or 1900 so it can include ww1, Lukas change it so it includes ww1

But what happens if the scenario starts in 1918? in 1919 would the time start?

IMHO, hours per tick (HPT) should be modified per scenario rather than per age (alternatively, scenarios may have it's unique HPT for each age)

Considering game have powerful editors, players might wish to create alternative WW2 (where diplomacy won, for example, or scenarios about American continent where were no major battles 😛) and so slowing game is unnecessary in this case.

      The Left side is the key, do not change it!

      The right side of each line after = is the translation to your language

    • Land units - Ideas AoH3
      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units. 

       

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.


       

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

       

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

       

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?

      Or maybe an idea for a new type of unit with upgrades? I'm waiting for your suggestions.
