Decisions Tabs like Hoi4

Will there be a decision making tabs just like HOI4 to be implemented to the game?

It add more flavours to the game and has really good potential for modding

Im not sure about this Luke has already stated that he doesnt want to make AoH3 like Hoi, Ck, EU, and etc..

The idea itself could be added but it has to not be similar to those other games
