Will we be able to create civilization-specific units?

This would be so much fun, both for preset civilizations and custom/modded ones. I know adding these for every civilization would be impossible, but just this functionality being in the game would be great already.

Like maybe we can have a line on the unit JSON that checks if a certain civilization is the one being played, and allows that unit to appear on the units list (maybe at the top).

That's great to know, even if it doesn't come with unique units of each one of the hundreds of civs, just it being possible to mod in would be perfect already.
