9-6 update. Only added the Laurentides region of Quebec but revamped parts of every province, especially Nova Scotia.

9-7 update to the shattered world scenario. Lanaudiere and Mauricie were added, along with significant changes in New Brunswick and especially Newfoundland.

9-8 update. Capitale-Nationale and Saguenay/Lac Saint Jean were added, along with further reworks in Newfoundland.

9-9 update. Added Cote-Nord and a bunch of civilizations throughout the maritime provinces.

I have considered doing so, for example norse paganism. I haven't mentioned this, but I've added leaders for the regional royale scenario.

Somehow, every province name in the Portland area fits.

Several new resources have also been added.
