mods When we occupy a city, can we turn off the occupation of neighboring provinces?

It would be nice to turn off this mechanic on large provinces maps made by the community
also, would this feature be in the game files or in-game?

Neighbor provinces are occupied because there is no any defensive building in them. But maybe, maybe there's will be option for it
