I can't transfer the formable Civs to the mod

I did it both in the editor and immediately as a file, but all to no avail. In logs indicate that it is looking for the data folder, but it is not specified in the examples. I tried with data, but also nothing, gives the same error. who knows how to solve it?

@Łukasz Jakowski I decided to try to do it again, and now everything has worked out. Apparently I forgot to specify something somewhere. Thanks.

It is required to copy also:
map/THEMAP/formableCivs/AoH.txt

The game reads from this file list of all Formable Civs.
