there are other things in the bundle archive 
you could send a spy 
you could dissolve a union (which i don't know if it's possible currently in the game) 
and probaly much more

Dissolve union not possible, not even if u win a war agains't a union country like austria-hungary and lets see bundle to see what unactive things lukaz had.

Could add the code to make nukes work though, modders are currently working almost miracles out of the buggy AoH II spaghetti code. With that in mind, Challenge Accepted.
