Help with display settings

Hi, everytime when I start the game it shows up like on the screenshot. (I didn't cut the screenshot) I already restartet the game similar times and also updated java and it always stays like this. I also can't change the map scale because of the screen my mouse can't reach it.

Can someone please help me?
