When we choose to move from a monarchy to a democratic parliamentary system, it should lead to the outbreak of civil war. We should not just click the button to change the political system and then change it without any consequences. AoH3 really simplified wars by adding percentages to wars and we no need for province-hunting to 100% like it been for AoH II. That's really finished that problem!
