you need to enable android feature from the setting and turn the device into developper mode to install it, or enable Linux and type command to install it

On mobile the game keeps crashing once it loads to 75%,after that the map changes then it loads to 100% and crashes the game completely again.

It's a never ending cycle of crashes.

Hey the mod is great everything works fine but whenever I try to form the "Western Russian Republic" it says to me it already existed 
but it doesn't (the last days of europe)

The country formations happen via events after a certain date (usually 1965 for the regional stage)

I've put the 1.0.8 version on the forum page but it is a buggy update which is why I had wanted to wait till 1.0.9 to put the link on forum. But since people are asking about it, there you go. I will not be checking for people complaining about bugs here because its inconvenient to check the forums regularly. I am already aware of most of the bugs since this version has been released for months.

Before entering the game, try creating a new game as any nation, pass a single turn and re enter your save, that should work. I hope this helps.

While playing as a Russian warlord in this version, I stumbled upon a fatal error.  I was aiming for the significant liberation of all Russia from the fascists by unifying Western Russia with Zhukov's WRRF and merging it with Western Siberia.  However, after May 10, 1973, I could no longer play the game.  An event window popped up with only a world map, no explanation, and no option buttons, and I couldn't move on to the next turn anymore. 

Also, on April 29, 1970, in the midst of forming the People's Republic of West Siberia, starting with Kaganovich and waging war against Western Russia, an error occurred that was forcibly unified into the Russian Federation by Alexander Pokryshkin.  Only Karelia, acquired by Western Russia from Finland, remains as Zhukov's territory.  This is the same if I play as the WRRF

Finally I was able to see Bormann's Germany Adopting a Liberalism lol
