How to change a state leader in one scenario without it being changed at other one

Hello guys, I have a question for you...

How can I change a state leader without it being changed at other scenarios. Recently I made a "2000" scenario referring the year of scenario starting. The problem is the state leader has changed at my "modern world" scenario as well unwantedly. Consider the screenshots and see what the problem is...

As far as I know you can't do such a thing, BUT  you can create a new civilization with the same flag and the same name (not tag) you use only in that specific scenario with your leader linked to it.  For any qiestions tell me!
